Gorgeous quality Napoleon III era (c.1850-70) votive candle holder. Semi-translucent opaline cup lifts out of its heavy dore bronze and jeweled stand. The stand is complete and also excellent, still with all of the French 'paste' gems in place.
Charming condition for age and type. Few accidents and oxidations. Napoleon III era, c.1850-70s. The base is level and glass is thick. All gems remain firmly mounted in place, turquoise and garnet red.


Condition and patina are consistent with age.
